ANIMAL COMMISSIONS:
Commissions are painted from good quality photos. The better the photo, the better the finished painting will be. A better photo can enhance the end product enormously.
TIPS:
- Ideally take the photo in good lighting
- Try to get down to eye level (most pictures are taken with you standing and looking down at your pet, but this doesn’t normally make for a good composition. The eyes are often looking up in an unnatural way, neck bent oddly)
- Keep it natural
It’s great if you can send a couple of other photos through for reference so I can see the detail of traits or markings unique to your pet. Once I’ve seen your photos I will be able to tell you what’s achievable and discuss with you which background will suit your piece.
THE PAINTING & PAYMENT
Please let me know what date you would like the painting by so that I can manage work and make sure you receive your bespoke piece in plenty of time.
All of my paintings are in acrylics and I use high quality canvases. All are original pieces and hand crafted.
I ask for a £50 deposit of the agreed price and the balance on completion via bank transfer, cash or PayPal.
I’m based in Sutton, Surrey – so I am happy to deliver your commissions by hand. If you live further away, I can arrange delivery via a trusted courier.
Frames can be offered as an extra – I’m happy to discuss so please contact me for further information.
