My name is Janet & I’m an artist based in Surrey. I have always enjoyed art of many forms; it’s something that’s run in my family and it’s been an integral part of my life.
I’ve toyed with various mediums over the years including stained glass, mosaics, casting moulds, drawing & painting. Recently, painting has become my stress relieving hobby; I’ve been asked by friends and family to paint landscapes and portraits which has resulted in further work from others in my extended circle. I’m so excited about the direction that my artistic hobby is taking as it’s grown into in an incredibly enjoyable extended business venture.
Animals are my favourite thing to paint as I love to create the texture of hair and fur to bring out the character of your pet in a painting you can keep forever.
